General Info

The Utah VRC State Championship has been granted 4 VRC High School World Championship spots.

If a team double-qualifies for a World Championship spot, the  next highest ranking team from the State Championship Skills Rankings receives the invitation. 

World Championship qualifying awards and invitations are issued to teams whether or not the teams have expressed an intention to attend the event. Unaccepted World Championship invitations are not offered or transferred to other teams.

We look forward to all participants this year at the Utah High School VRC State Championship.

* Each team will be given THREE attempts at both Robot Skills Challenge or Programming Skills. Attempts not used for one skill cannot be used for the other.

In the event of bad weather we will attempt to reschedule if possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only given in extreme cases. Because RECF takes a $5.00 processing fee out of the registration fees, that portion will not be refunded.

Judging Format

 

This event will have the following types of Judging: Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is 3/7/11 at midnight.
