7:00 am – 9:00 am – Inspections
8:30 am – 8:45 am – Drivers Meetings
9:00 am – 12:30 pm – Qualification Matches
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm – Lunch Break
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Qualification Matches
3:15 pm – 3:30 pm – Alliance Selection
3:45 pm – 5:30 pm – Eliminations & Awards
(Hopefully it ends by 5:00, but built in that time just in case)
5:30 pm – Event clean up
8:00 am – 2:30 pm – Skills Fields – Max of 3 attempts per type
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Skill Fields – Attempts for teams who haven’t done one yet get priority
Teams will get 6 matches total during qualifications. This is important to stay on schedule to maintain that 6 match schedule. So matches will only run a max of 1 minute behind for late teams or teams having problems with connection issues. If there are field problems and we get more than 1 minute behind schedule, then time will be caught up in between matches until back on schedule.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event has to be cancelled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed for the event. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.
All coaches will be emailed if it is cancelled. Please pay attention to the Weather channel if there looks like there will be snow.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- The refund will only be $60, less the $5 processing fee the REC Foundation charges for each registrant, and to cover expenses incured leading up to the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be issued.
Unpaid teams will be put on the waitlist two weeks before the event, unless payment has been worked out via email with the EP Oscar McCullough
