Please add yourself to the waitlist if there is no space left on the event. This event will be just for Middle School teams.

4:30 pm - 5:30 - Elimination Matches, Awards
After 5:30 pm – Event clean up
8:00 am – 2:30 pm – Skills Fields – Max of 3 attempts per type
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Skill Fields – Attempts for teams who haven’t done one yet get priority
Teams will get 7 matches during qualifications.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event has to be cancelled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed for the event. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.
All coaches will be emailed if it is cancelled. Please pay attention to the Weather channel if there looks like there will be snow.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- The refund will only be $60, less the $5 processing fee the REC Foundation charges for each registrant, and to cover expenses incured leading up to the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be issued.
Unpaid teams will be put on the waitlist two weeks before the event, unless payment has been worked out via email with the EP Oscar McCullough
