Dublin Robotics Club invites your teams to participate in the first Northern California VRC Spin Up Tournament to be held at Dublin, California.

We strive to conduct the event in a safe manner.

Please note: all events will receive state championship award bids based on the REC Foundation Qualifying Criteria. As such, this event must meet all requirements for a Qualifying Event to receive bids to the state championship released in July 2022.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 4-weeks prior to the event will be removed from the event unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.

The registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable

If the event is canceled, a full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams. Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.

Health and Safety Policies

As we are in the midst of the pandemic, the following precautions will be implemented to minimize the risk.

1) It is mandatory to wear a face mask to participate in this Tournament.

  • In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person on the day of the event. 
  •  Engineering notebooks must be submitted electronically to be considered for the judged award.
