General Info

Welcome to Ohio County High School event for Spin up! We look forward for your teams competing. We will be kicking off the season with a Halloween bash, so teams dress in your favorite school appropriate costumes and be ready to compete. 

Concession will be available as well as pizza orders. 

No outside food or drinks allowed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.

Please contact me if weather is a concern and please monitor the event status on Robot Events.com.  Cancellations will be posted there.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

  • Teams will be refunded in the event of a cancellation due to weather or covid protocols. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

  • A coach/mentor may withdraw their registration at any time. No refund will be given if the withdraw is the week of the tournament.
