Welcome to the Northeast Wisconsin VRC Showdown
We are excited to again host a VRC Signature Event in Wisconsin at historic Lambeau Field in the Atrium. This event will be one to remember!

Signature Event Details
As a signature event, there are several special features of this event that will be different from many VRC tournaments:
- No more than 75% of teams may come from a single region
- Competition fields will be raised (practice and skills fields will be on the floor)
- Matches will be split between two days of competition
- 3 World Championship Qualifications will be awarded at the tournament
Event Judging
Judging will be in-person at the event. Per RECF guidelines, teams need a physical notebook for in-person judging. If they have been creating and maintaining it digitally, then they should print out a hard copy.
Food at Event
1919 Kitchen and Tap is a restaurant inside the venue and will have in-restaurant service as well as take out ordering available.
Lambeau Field Tours
We are excited to be hosting this event at historic Lambeau Field in the Atrium. Lambeau Field is a world-class sports facility that is rich with history and is a destination for people across the globe. As part of this event, individuals may sign up for guided tours of Lambeau Field on Thursday before the competition begins. Custom event apparel will be available for purchase at the event.
Pit and Competition Layout
Team pits will be arranged in "pods" with 12-14 teams sharing an area with a practice/skills field. Teams will be just feet away from their practice field. A Skills Matches period will be included in the schedule, allowing teams to complete Skills runs at the pod field.

Three raised competition fields will be located in a central area in the venue for Qualification, Skills and Finals matches.

Registration Fee
Registration fee must be paid within two weeks of registration. Teams registering less than two weeks before the registration deadline must pay at time of registration. Any teams that fail to pay the registration within these guidelines will be moved to the waitlist and the spot will be opened up to other teams.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Northeast Wisconsin can have widely varying weather in the winter months. Teams should consider the impact weather may have on travel and accomodation plans. The event will only be cancelled in the most extreme of circumstances. Check back here for updates.
Refund Policy
Registration fee must be paid within two weeks of registration. Teams that are added to the event from the waitlist are asked to pay for the event within 1 week. Teams registering less than two weeks before the registration deadline must pay at time of registration.
Any teams that fail to pay the registration within these guidelines will be moved to the waitlist and the spot will be opened up to other teams.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Arrival and Check-in Information
- Teams can arrive and check in between 3:00 and 4:30.
- Parking will be free for the event.
- Spectators and Teams can enter at the American Family Gate. All equipment must be hand-carried, no carts are allowed through the entrance - an escalator or stairs is required to reach competition and pit area. See the map in the Image Gallery for details.
- Teams with equipment on carts or equipment that they would not like to carry by hand must drop equipment off at the Bus Bay. No carts may be brought in through the regular Atrium gates. Workers will be on hand to help transport material dropped off at the Bus Bay to the pit area (it is a bit of a walk and it is not heated). See the map in the Image Gallery for details.
- If any teams need to drop off material earlier due to travel considerations, please email and we will arrange for you to drop off your items and they will be held until check in: nnolte@fvlhs.org

Regional Capacity & Waitlist
Regional Capacity Settings
No more than 75% of teams at a signature event may come from one region. If your regional capacity has been reached but you would still like to register, please put your team on the waitlist. If the event does not fill we will be able to override regional settings and invite teams from the waitlist.
