General Info

Welcome to the Cornerstone Robotics Spin Up Tournament!  We are excited about this opportunity to host your team(s). We strive to provide a great experience for your students that is competitive yet encouraging and inviting.

Check-In: In order to keep our tournament on schedule, check-in will close promptly at 9:15. The event meeting will begin promptly at 9:30. Please call me if there is an emergency that causes you to run late on the morning of the tournament.

Release Forms: Participant Release Form must be filled out by all participants by Oct 30th.

Digital Upload of Notebooks Required:  If your team is submitting a notebook, please upload your notebook to RobotEvents by Saturday, October 29th at midnight. This will give judges adequate time to review each notebook.

Pizza and concessions:  A pizza order form link will be sent via email as the tournament draws near. Donuts, coffee, chips, candy, and beverages will also be available for purchase at our concession stand.

Inspections:  Coaches, please help speed up our inspection process by checking your students' robots prior to the day of the event, as well as making sure firmware to the brain is updated. Each team should bring to inspection a drawing that shows their polycarbonate fits within a 12"x24" area.

Skills Field:  Your team may enter the skills field line as soon as you have passed inspection. The skills field will close promptly when qualification matches are complete.

Awards: Indiana is such a strong robotics state, so we strive to honor many teams at our tournament. We'll be handing out 15 trophies! Click on the "Awards" tab to check out the awards.
