9:35 am - Practice Matches Start, Skills and Judging Open
10:15 am - Qualifications start
11:50 am - Lunch break
12:30 pm - Qualifications resume
4:00 pm - Qualifications Finish, Skills challenge & Judging closes, Alliance selection starts
4:30 pm - Elimination Rounds
6:30 pm - Closing Ceremony, Awards, & Cleanup

Volunteer

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that the venue is closed, the tournament will be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Refunds will be processed after the fees of hosting the event have been paid.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given to teams if they cancel by Noon on Saturday, November 12th, 2022.  After that, no refund will be given.

Health and Safety Policies

In order to allow as many teams and schools as possible to attend the event, we will NOT require proof of vaccination from the students.

All students under the age of 18 will NOT be required to show proof of vaccination.

All coaches, staff, volunteers, and audience members are NOT required to show proof of vaccination.

Facemasks are not mandatory but Strongly Recommended.

We will be doing our best to separate teams into their respective cohorts with appropriate spacing. Everyone will be encouraged to socially distance when possible and hand sanitize frequently.

Restrictions are subject to change based on the Alberta Government. If any updates happen we will assess accordingly and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
