Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Due to bad weather or emergency, the event may be postponed or canceled but you will be notified of all arrangements. Teams that cancels 2 weeks before event, registration will be reunded minus the $5 processing fee. Otherwise, no fees/registration will be refunded.

Health and Safety Policies

Mask and social distancing are optional.  All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
