General Info


We are excited to be running in person events again but we need to be diligent about being Covid safe. All of our events will comply with the state government restrictions at the time of event. We will also be using the state QR code sign in system. 

Lunch service varies at all of our events. There will always be a pay for lunch option that ranges from $5 per student to $15. If anyone on your team has dietary requirements we suggest packing a lunch because special options may not be available on the day. 

Those teams that are traveling via bus or public transit on the day must contact prior to the event for remote inspection and check in options


Covid Safe Plan: 


We will be complying with Victorian Government covid safe restrictions. All competitors will need to sign in using the Victoria State QR code. This information will be held only with the state government and will not be shared. Sanitising gel and spray will be available but we do ask all teams to bring their own hand sanitizer. It is also recommended that in cases where teams can not socially distance face masks may be worn.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy


This event may be cancelled if government covid restrictions flood or fire restricts more than 50% of teams from attending.

Refund Policy

Teams that withdraw 7 days before the event will not be invoiced. in2robotics only invoices after an event is completed.
