Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If weather becomes an issue we will reach out to teams. As of now there is no planned date.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given in extreme circumstances. Please reach out to one of the EP if something comes up.

Health and Safety Policies

Please carefully review these guidelines. All guidelines will be strictly enforced.

We will need to limit the number of members on each team. We would like you to bring as few as possible. We are going to have to cap students per team at 5. If you can bring less, please do.

We are also going to limit the adults. If you have one team, there can only be one adult mentor. If you have more than one team, you can only have 1 adult per 10 students.

There will be no spectators. If you wish to volunteer to judge you will be allowed access.

Wristbands will be given to everyone allowed to enter.

All people in attendance will need to fill out the health check no sooner than 2 hours prior to arrival. The health check is located at covid.robotr.school An email will be sent to your student's phone to show at entry. Be truthful on the health check. If a "no entry" is given, please reach out so that we can do a proper risk assessment.

The event will be streamed on tv.robotrevolution.net. The event will be updated in real time on the VEX VIA mobile application.

Masks will be required in the facility at all times. There will be restrictions on eating/drinking so that people do not remove masks. We are serious about these restrictions. Anyone that does not comply with our safety rules will be asked to leave the premises. If they still refuse; we will stop the event, clear the building, and cancel the event. All scores and potential awards will be void.

Note that this is the type of environment where the CDC recommends N95, KN95, or N94 masks. It is strongly recommended that you wear a mask with enhanced protection.
