Participation and Consent Forms

Completed/signed consent FORMS for all participants (students, volunteers, mentors and participating adults) must be turned in online using this link (http://www.robotevents.com/consent)

Masks or cloth face coverings are required to be worn in the building during the event except when eating. Please bring masks with you.

Spectators will be allowed with a mask or cloth face covering.

Volunteering

We can’t do the event without volunteers. We appreciate our volunteers and in appreciation, we’ll provide breakfast and lunch. Each participating team must provide at least one (1) volunteer for all or a portion of the day. Use the below link to the Sign-Up Genius to select your volunteer position. If you need a certificate of your volunteer hours make the request during check-in and it will be provided at the end of the event.

Engineering Notebooks

No Digital formats. Be prepared to turn-in your paper Engineering Notebook at check-in for judging.

Food

Teams may bring in own food, pre-order lunch or go out to lunch. Lunch is only 30 minutes.

All participants, coaches, volunteers, spectators, and other persons over 2 years of age are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering that cover the nose and mouth while inside the building. Be mindful to physically distance from others. Use sanitizer or wash hands frequently.

This information is subject to change as the conditions change.

This is a multi-community event and transmission of COVID is high. To mitigate the spread of the virus during the event, please be observe and practice the following:

All participants, coaches, volunteers, spectators and other persons over the age of 2 years are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering over nose and mouth while in the building at the event regardless of vaccination status.

Physically distance from others, as best you can during the event.

There will be hand sanitization station available throughout the venue, please help yourself, and frequent handwashing is encouraged for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, mouth, or nose.

DO NOT attend the event if you have been exposed to someone with COVID or are experiencing COVID symptoms listed below. If you are in quarantine, you should skip the event. We are not conducting entry screenings.
