This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Volunteer
If you are interested in helping at a robotics event or helping mentor a team please contact me. Some of the roles at an event are: set up, tear down, concessions, referees, judges, running tournament software and MC. If you would like to help at this event or future events contact the event partner. Some of these roles do require training before the event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the weather gets bad enough that the minimum number of teams won't be able to make it then we will cancel the event. If your team has decided not to attend due to weather please contact Zack Helgesen on the phone number listed for day of event immediately.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds may be requested up to 7 days prior to the event. The event partner reserves the right to issue refunds on a case by case basis to teams requesting them under 7 days prior to the event based on extenuating circumstances, but this is not guaranteed.
$5 will be subtracted from all refunds to cover the RECF's per team fee.
Health and Safety Policies
Use common sense in deciding if you are too sick to attend. If, in your judgement, you are "too sick to go to school" then you are probably too sick to go to a robotics tournament.
Webcast
We will try to run sound for the webcast, but sometimes youtube shuts it down due to copyrighted material.
