Congratulations on qualifying for the North Florida Regional Tournament! 

We are so proud of all of the hard work from all of our VRC teams.

Please note the venue change to East Ridge Middle School.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct.

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form. (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

8:00 Doors open, registration, and inspection

Robot skills will start for inspected teams as soon as it's ready to go.

IF YOU ARE NOT CHECKED IN BY 9:30 YOU WILL BE LEFT OFF THE MATCH LIST.  IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND CALL ME AT 561 463 8641.

10:00 Opening remarks, driver meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over.  Get your rounds in early!

10:20 - 12:00 Qualification matches

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch break for ALL volunteers.  

1:00 - 3:30 Qualification matches followed by Alliance selection

4:00 Eliminations followed by awards

Volunteer

As we are closing on our event date, there are a number of volunteer roles that are still available for the event and for remote judging.  All volunteers can get a fast pass at skills for their designated team.  With everyone working together, we know this event will be an incredible success that celebrates our students' accomplishments this year.

Remote interviews will be on 2/28, 3/1, 3/7, and 3/8 from 4:15 - 7 PM in two shifts.  If you are interested in volunteering to do remote interviews, please click here:

Your registeration to this event commits the event partners to set costs.  Therefore, no refunds can be given.

Judging Format

Notebooks will all be judged before the event.  Be sure that your Notebook URL is up to date in robotevents.com.  Your notebook could be checked at any time. 

Notebooks will be collected on March 7th.

Team interviews will be done at the event.
