General Info
The City of Miami and Florida Memorial University are delighted to host “Martin Luther King VRC Robotics Spin Up Challenge” the 2022-23 VEX Spin Up Tournament. The event will be in person and open to 20 teams. This event will be limited to two teams per organization. Once the event is full, a waiting list will be created for teams who were unable to register.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

On-site parking is free.
All teams need to be checked in by the end of the inspection.
Team Payment: Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for the Engineering Notebooks will be January 7, 2023, at 11:59pm.
