General Info
Pasco-Hernando State College is excited to host the PHSC Bobcat Robotics Rumble Rama VRC Spin Up Tournament! Parking is behind the gym (see map).
Registration will start at 8:30am (Doors open at 9:00am). Teams running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.
Engineering Notebooks: Please submit a digital notebook for this tournament.
Participation Legal Release: A completed legal release form for all participants must be turned in during check-in or uploaded to robotevents.com prior to arrival. Get it here: Form with instructions how-to-upload.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of severe weather (a hurricane, for instance) this event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less a $5 processing fee).

Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation or COVID-19 related issue or quarantine (less a $5 processing fee). Please only register robots/teams that intend to attend.
Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for a 'no show.'
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is February 20th, by 11:59pm.
