General Info
We are excited to be running in person events again but we need to be diligent about being Covid safe. All of our events will comply with the provincial restrictions at the time of event.
Registration Payment information:
Teams are required to make registration payment by Feb 10, 2023 , if registration payment is not received by the due date then team will be moved to the waitlist.

Engineering notebook submission deadline - Feb 15 by 6PM EST
Waiting List: If this event is full, please feel free to add your team to the Waiting List and then contact the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). The Event Partner will let you know about possible openings for the event. If you are moved from the Waiting List to the Registered Teams List, please be prepared to pay for the event promptly.
We might need to make adjustments to our event due to provincial guidelines. You will be notified of any changes as we get closer to the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather this event may be cancelled. Teams are advised to watch robotevents.com for weather related updates. If the tournament must be cancelled or postponed, the name of the tournament will change to cancelled or postponed. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, teams will be sent additional information via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
No Refunds will be given if Team cancel the registration after Feb 10, 2023
