Welcome teams and thank you for registering for “Spin Up” hosted by Wolfpack Robotics! A big shout out to Florin High School for graciously handling equipment and facilities.
The event will be in person and open to 36 teams. This event will be limited to four teams per organization. Once the event is full, a waiting list will be created for teams who were unable to register.
Safety is a primary concern in VEX robotics and this event will meet or exceed all COVID safety protocols. Requirements for attending this event are:
- A team is defined as a maximum of 4 students, 1 mentor and 1 adult supervisor. Capacity is 36 teams. This is to meet occupancy limitations and ensure the ability for social distancing.
- All parents will need to be up in the stands during the tournament

On-site parking is free.
LATE Arrivals: Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment: Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

In the case of bad weather conditions, COVID restriction changes or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in RobotEvents.com in the event we need to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event, allowing space for teams on the wait list. Due to the financial commitment on the part of the event venue, no refunds will be possible. Thank you for your understanding. It is essential that all teams check in before 8:00 am. Please contact Melissa Hale ([email protected]) regarding any questions or concerns.
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
The Engineering Notebook for the Excellence and Design awards will be turned in at check-in and returned after Alliance selection.
