General Info
Welcome to the Pikes Peak Robotics - VEX Spin Up Regional Invitational Event! This is a VEX VRC Spin Up Inivitational event that if chosen to participate your team can potentially win a spot to the VEX Colorado State Championship.
Doors open at 8am. The event is in the Gymnasium of Roy J. Wasson Academic Campus located at 2115 Afton Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
Since this is an invitational event meant for regional teams, you'll be required to add your team to the waitlist and we'll move you over to the event.
Please bring all of your own power strips, tools, parts, etc.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an emergency or bad weather, we will send out an event cancellation email to all coaches and volunteers as soon as that decision is made (hopefully the night before).
Refund Policy
Teams will be refunded $70 of the $75 event fee if the event is cancelled.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
