General Info
Thank you for your interest in participating in Windsor Charter Academy's Firebird Challenge!
If the event is "full" and would like to participate, please put your team in the waitlist. We place waitlisted teams into the event on January 4th to fill in remaining unpaid spots.
This tournament will have qualification matches, alliance selection, and an elimination bracket. Skills challenges will be available to teams once they have passed inspection until 2:30 p.m.
There will be a one hour lunch break. We will be taking pizza orders for teams wishing to have pizza delivered. Concessions will also be available throughout the tournament.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the inclement weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our school administration team.
Refunds (minus a $5 administrative fee) will be given if the tournament is cancelled. No refunds given if the tournament is rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be given only if we are notified before January 21 and there is a team on the waitlist willing to take your spot. A $5 administrative fee to RobotEvents will not be refunded. Any cancellations after January 21 will forefit their entry fee(s).
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
