General Info
Hello!
We are so excited to host the Hartselle Tiger Tournament and add another event to the North Alabama Area!
Hartselle is a beautiful city and the school is easy to access from the interstate!
We will have concessions with options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day!
We plan to have 3 fields. We will run skills challenges in the morning and matches in the afternoon.
We will update which awards qualify to state once our district's Event Manger assigns qualification spots.
We will offer 2 Excellence Award Winners (Middle School Team and High School) if we have the minimum of 10 teams from each grade level attend!
We hope you will join us for an exciting day!

** Extra time has been built in to the Qulaification Match window. Hopefully, we will finish ahead of schedule. This time gives us a buffer if we have technical difficulties or run behind on some field resets. If we finish before the end of the qualification match window, we will start alliance selection, elimination matches, and awards earlier.**

Volunteer
Do you know anyone that would like to volunteer? Please have them contact Cheyenne Moses at 256-642-8104 (text is best) or cheyenne.moses@hartselletigers.org. We are always looking for volunteers to help with field reset, queing, and much more!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled. This is one of the last events for teams to qualify for state in North Alabama, and we do not want to remove this opportunity.
Refund Policy
If the Event Partner cancels, a refund will be issues minus the $5 fee that Robotevents.com keeps.
If the event is rescheduled due to weather, the team may recieve a refund IF they are unable to make the event on the new date and a team on the waitlist is available to take their spot.
If a team's coach cancels, a refund will not be available due to the cost incurred to host the competition.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
