The Western PA VEX VRC Championships will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in Tippin Gymnasium.

Agenda
MARCH 10 TENTATIVE AGENDA - Based upon a 60 team field, please plan to be with us from 8am-6pm. Our goal is to have a well-run and enjoyable event for all teams involved. When released, the schedule will be at a pace that reflects that.
Volunteer
Thank you to all of our robotics coaches and friends that have volunteered! And an extra big thanks to our friends at Clarion University!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Student safety will be our #1 priority. Coaches will be notified by email of any weather related issues.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds will be given after registrations close EXCEPT for bad weather. These refunds will be at the Event Partners discretion.
Health and Safety Policies
We will follow Clarion University's Health and Safety Policies for the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline will be scheduled ahead of the event date.
