General Info

This is a qualifying event for the 2022-2023 VRC game. Qualifying matches won't start until Saturday, however local or novice teams are encouraged to arrive Friday for inspection and to run practice matches. Spectators are welcome and attendance is free. Our competition venue is our school theater which provides comfortable seating, but no food or drink allowed in the theater. The event will also be livestreamed for those who chose to watch from home.

Covid-19

Proof of vaccination is not required. However, masks are required for all individuals while indoors.

Concessions

Snacks and drinks will be available for sale, but there will be no meal service. The Coleman Marketplace is within a mile and has extensive dining options.

Location

Parking will be available adjacent to the facilities in faculty and student parking lots. Please turn onto Elm St from Hedding St to enter the campus. The pits will be located in the Liccardo Center and the competition will be held in the Sobrato Theater, which are shown on the map at:

LATE Arrivals

Teams must be checked in by 8:00AM and inspected by 8:30AM so that the match schedule may be generated. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event. 

Team Payment

Teams must be paid three weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

Iin case of event cancellation, we will provide credit for a future event.

Refund Policy

Cancelations before Nov 1st can be refunded (minus the $5 robotevents fee). On Nov 1st or later, partial refunds may be available if the opened slot is filled by another team.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should submit digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital submissions must be done by Nov 17.
