General Info

The event will be held at Camden County Technical Schools - Gloucester Township Campus

The fields will be set up in the school gymnasium. Bleacher seating will be available for spectators. The event is open to the public

Pit Areas will be set up in the gymnasium and the cafeteria. Pit layouts will be finalized and sent out to teams two weeks prior to the event.

Concessions will be sold in the cafeteria for the duration of the event.

Parking for the event will be located in the back of the school. Signs will direct for parking on the day of the event.

Code of Conduct

7:00 AM:  Doors Open to Teams

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Robot Inspections

8:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Skills Competition

11:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Opening Ceremony / Qualification Matches

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Finals, Awards, and Closing Remark

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of a cancellation due to bad weather, teams will recieve a full refund for the event. No secondary date has been selected for this event at this time.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event of a cancelation of the event due to COVID, teams who have paid will recieve a full refund. 

Cancelling registration within a week of the event will not recieve a refund for the event.

Health and Safety Policies

Masks must be worn at all times in the buildings.

Judging Format

 

  •  In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
