General Info
It is our intention to run this event as planned with limited capacity and attendees due to COVID-19 restrictions. Should the situation change we will make adjustments including cancelation of the entire event, modified restrictions or increased capacity. No registration fees will be collected until January when we hope to have a clearer picture of the restrictions due to COVID-19.
Current restrictions include (subject to change):
- All attendees 12 and up must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof to enter the event venue
- All attendees must be free of all COVID-19 symptoms on the event day to attend and enter the event venue

Should the weather prove difficult we will make every attempt to run the tournament and email updates to all teams

Refund Policy
Full refunds minus 5% administration fee will be given to teams if they cancel by Noon on Friday Janurary 14th, 2022. After that no refund will be given.
Health and Safety Policies
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, national or any other government advice and guidance regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Many important precautions will be taken to ensure the safest atmosphere for both event staff, and attendees. Below is a number of those precautions.
- Accompanying adult must provide vaccination proof to enter the facility.
- Masks must be worn at all times by anyone inside the facility.
- Temperature checks will take place at the entrance to the facility

Judging Format
Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
