General Info

This event is the first of the season north of Augusta. Join us with your designs as we start the roll towards States and Worlds! Bring your best so far and let's see who comes out on top.

We take Covid safety measures extremely seriously on our team, and we will be striving to meet and exceed measures expected by both state and federal guidlines. 

The event will be broadcast on Youtube during the tournament, and interviews will be conducted via Zoom. All notebooks will be submitted digitally on Wednesday prior to the tournament.

There are no concessions on site, but there are numerous takeout and delivery options in the area near the venue.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, check the Event on Robot Events for further updates the night before the event date.

Refund Policy

If the event is cancelled for any reason, registration fees received will be returned minus the $5.00 processing fee. If something happens and you are unable to attend the competition, please notify the primary contact through email or phone. Refunds for non-attendance will only be given if your cancellation notice is received no later than 1 week prior to the event date.

Health and Safety Policies

Face Coverings
Face coverings will be required for everyone, everywhere throughout the tournament, in the pits, and at the fields. The mouth and nose shall be fully covered at all times with a multi-layer covering.

Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations at the tournament venue. Please use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the day particularly before entering or after leaving the competition field area.

There will be no concessions at the event, though there are numerous delivery and takeout options within a few minutes drive of the venue.

Spectators are not allowed at this evet.  The entire event will be broadcast on Youtube, so people can watch in safety from their cars, or their homes.

Team Health
Please monitor the health of your team. We trust that everyone keeps their teams informed of their health as related to COVID infection. Anyone attending the event will be required to complete a health check form at the point of arrival.

Competition Fields

We will be using two competition fields. Robots and drivers are scheduled for their matches, and will be expected to arrive at their field at the designated time.



This will be provided on the day of the tournament.

  •  Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be in person at the event.  Engineering Notebooks will be submitted at sign-in for judges to review.
