*This event will be locked for Western PA Region Teams ONLY unless all spots have not been filled by the registration deadline.  If your team is outside our region, it will be added to the waitlist until that time as to if it will be open for teams outside our region.

Referees, TM Operators, Score Keepers, and Judges are always welcome. If you bring volunteer(s) there will be a discount/waived charge for your team(s). Also, any fields/game sets that can be brought and setup for skills/practice area will also qualify for a free team entry. Email me at for more information.

Health and Safety Policies

All mask recommendations will be based on the current state recommendation for schools at that time or the local school decision.

At this time, masks must be worn by everyone involved with the tournament while indoors.

This event may be webcast depending of the availability of our Media Production Team.

Judging Format

Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation, with a submission deadline of January 20, 2022.

If you cannot send your Engineering Notebook electronically, we may have time for the book to be reviewed the day of the event.  Please contact the Event Partner if this is the case.

Team interviews will be conducted in person at the Event.
