General Info

Hello Teams, here's the latest on our event! Please read this entire entry.

We are still "on"!  We ask coaches to make a  thoughtful judgement call about how many participants/observers will attend the event. Each team will have a dedicated table in the pits. We ask that you help enforce the mask requirement in the pits. ALL eating/drinking must be done in the cafeteria only. Thank you.

Please review your roster and confirm that EVERY person attending has filled out the digital consent forms

Reminder that this is a SUNDAY event. If we are cancelled we will refund all registration fees.

Judge interviews will not be occuring in the pits, (however judges may observe team interactions as students work together in pits). Reminder to submit your engineering notebooks electronically by the deadline. At this point we plan for teams of judges to include both live and remote judges for each team interview.

Each team will have ample power supply at their table for charging. If power tools are needed, please direct students to use caution and not damage the facilty.

Each team should examine their match schedule and try to plan lunch breaks around the match times. We do not anticipate having a lunch break. Teams are welcome to bring outside food, and eat in the cafeteria which contains desks for distanced eating. A list of local pizza, etc. options will be provided, and teams will need to make their own arrangements. However, we also anticipate having some food options available in our cafeteria as well, including breakfast items and coffee. I will confirm this before the event, so please check back here!
