General Info
TheCollinsville Kahoks Live Remote Tournament #1 will be one of two live-remote events being put on by the Collinsville High School STEM Club. Judging will be available for the Engineering Notebooks and will be required at least one week prior to the LRT. Unfotunately, Robot Skills will not be offered.
Each team shall provide a Team Facilitator.
Each team shall provide their own volunteers sufficient for field reset and other tasks.
Safety is a primary concern in VEX robotics and this event will meet or exceed all COVID safety protocols.
Requirements for participating in this event are:
- All teams (students and mentors) will need to adhere to the local COVID protocols for their location.
- Because the event will be live-streamed, spectators will be allowed using their own technology to watch at school's location.
- A lunch break will be provided. The anticipated lunch break is 30-45 minutes.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email the Event Partner, Cindy Bednara @ [email protected].
LATE Arrivals: Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be updated. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late logging in or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment: Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.
- Note since teams from the same organization may compete against each other during the tournament, each program with more than one team registered will require two fields and two game element kits. For example, if you register 3 teams from your organization, you will need two fields and two game element kits at your site.
