General Info
Welcome to the Saint Louis School in person VRC tournament.
This is a live, in-person event.
This event will follow all local health and safety guidelines. In addition, Saint Louis School is requiring all attendees to present a vaccination card or a lab based negative test result taken within 48 hours prior to our event. There are no exceptions to this policy, there are no refunds for those who arrive and are turned away.

Testing Time Slots:
7:00 - 7:45 am, volunteers and students who require a test to participate (Un-vaccinated or partially vaccinated)
8:15 - 9:00 am, Testing opens for all others

7:00 am, Doors open to teams, inspection, practice open shortly after.
8:00 am - 8:45 am, Skills open (Skills will also be re-opened after the drivers meeting until 2:00 pm)
9:00 am Drivers meeting
9:15 am Qualification Matches begin

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event has to be cancelled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed for the event. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds unless the tournament is cancelled because of weather. Refunds will be $100, less the $5 processing fee the REC Foundation charges for each registrant, and to cover expenses incured leading up to the event.

At this time, event participation will be limited to team members and their lead coach, spectators may view the event live through our live stream.
