Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteer
We can only run this event with volunteer support, and expect each registered team to provide at least one volunteer for the day.
Please reach out to Jason Heller at [email protected] with any questions!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If an emergency or bad weather occurs, we try our best to notify teams no later than the end of the school day the Friday prior to the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
Please plan wisely, as there are no refunds for teams that register for this event and do not attend.
Health and Safety Policies
At the present time - we expect that masks will be mandatory for all attendees, and minimum social distancing will be enforced. The district whose building we are using for this event currently has zero exceptions to the mask mandate for visitors, and does not allow masks with any type of vent or one-way valve, bandanas or single-layer 'neck gator' style masks. Participants and visitors who do not comply with the school district's masking guidelines will not be permitted to enter the building.
Of course, health and safety guidelines are changing minute-by-minute. All registered teams will receive the then-current guidelines and requirements by email the week of the event.
Judging Format
Unfortunately - we did not have anyone volunteer to act as judges for this event, so we will not be offering any judged awards.
