Teams will need to arrive by 7:15am for robot inspection, with first match at 8AM
Be sure to turn in Participant Release Forms for all members of your teams online before the day of the event.
Spectators
At this time, no spectators will be allowed at our event. Each team will be limited to 4 student participants and 1 adult. We will be broadcasting the tournament on our social media channels.
All members of the team and Coaches must be vaccinated to enter our campus.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If weather causes travel delays or prevents teams from competing, a partial refund may be available. Contact franklyn.donahue@k12.hi.us before the beginning of the event.
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed.
Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds due to fixed costs associated with this event.
Health and Safety Policies
Heath and Safety
All members of the team and Coaches must be vaccinated to enter our campus.
All student participants and adults must have their COVID vaccination prior to our event. Maximum of 4 Team Members and 1 Adult per Team
All participants must have a wristband to enter the cafe and to participate in our event. Wristbands will either be issued on Friday or Saturday

Travel Info
Only 4 students and 1 adult is allowed to enter the building, plenty of parking in front of the school, overflow on the side of the cafe. We are located on Farrington Hwy after Taco Bell and the bridge, easy to find.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
