Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed.  Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in RobotEvents.com in the event we need to contact your team.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only if the event is cancelled.  If the event is cancelled, then a full refund will be offered minus the $5 RobotEvents.com fee.

Please do not bring your team to this event if anyone on the team is sick.  The following health screening questionnaire will be required of every team member and coach when they arrive at the event:

Message from REC Foundation:

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event hosts should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

All Attendees will be required to wear a mask while onsite and practice social distancing whenever possible.
