General Info

Requirements to enter this tournament

We are loosening some of orur restrictions at this time

1. You may still only bring 4 contestants per team.

2. You do not have to wear a mask but it is encouraged.

3. If you are quarenteedned from work or school yhou are quarenteened from here as well. We will not be taking teperatures at the door but, if you have experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours you must not come to the conference.

  • fever or chills
  • cough
  • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • fatigue
  • muscle or body aches
  • headache
  • new loss of taste or smell
  • sore throat
  • congestion or runny nose
  • nausea or vomiting
  • diarrhea

4. You will be placed at a table with another team from your school only. 

5.We will have a concession stand but we will only sell prepackaged items.

7.We will be serving Chick-fil-A sandwichches for $5.00 each. 

    We will have a meal deal for $7.00 that includes chips and a drink.

8. We will be doing judging onsite.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather and the tournament is unable to go as scheduled, an alternate date will be examined. And if an alternate date can not be scheduled, A refund will be issued. Each team(s) may select to apply their registration to a future event in which that team(s) has not already registered for.

Refund Policy

 It is the responsibility of the coaches/mentors to evaluate the schedules and communicate with their teams as to other activities that may be in conflict with this date. We will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Judging Format

 

  •  In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
