Volunteer positions include but are not limited to:

Field Set-up, Judges, Referees, Team Check-ins, Skills Field Manager, Cueing, and take down.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad inclement weather, the teams will be contacted by email the night before to notify the teams of the cancellation.  

The event can be rescheduled but exact date will be announced on the email of the cancellation.  

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be made to teams two weeks prior to competition.  No refunds will be awarded after December 25, 2021 except for inclement weather. 
In case of inclement weather, refunds can either be applied to another tournament or refunded.

The $5 fee assess by RobotEvents is non-refundable.  So refunded amount will be $5 less per team.

Travel Info

There is an attached campus map on Image Gallery.  You will see where the busses and cars need to park.  There are sidewalks that take you straight to the cafeteria.  South Pine Street (89) goes in front of the school.  There will be signs showing you where to go.
