General Info

Please park in the North parking lot which has the football field and not HVFCU bank side. There is room for 10s of buses. The event will take place in the Arts and Athletics Center which is the gym building entrance next to the field. Masks are to be worn at all times indoors.

Refunds given if requests are made through email 4 weeks prior and that spot can be filled prior to the competition.

Masks are to be worn at all times indoors. Sanitation stations and air purifiers will be set up around the gym.

Judging Format

 Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation, with a submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
