Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather turns bad and we have to cancel, an email will be sent out to the effect. If we can reschedule we will. if not all money will be refunded.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the case of bad weather we will reschedule if possible. If teams are unable to attend the rescheduled event registration fees will be refunded. Since REC is keeping $5 for each registered team, I can only refund $45 if we have to cancel.

Health and Safety Policies

At the Troy Annual Winter Classic the following guidlines are in place:

• Teams are expected to stay in the pit area ( not in the bleachers ) when not competing and maintaing social distancing.
• The bleachers and pit areas will be marked for social diatancing.
•  Concesion stand will be available.
• Masks will be optional
• Please be reposnsible and monitor your conditions.
• This can change due to health recommendations by our local authorities.

We will have 2 fields for the Qualifying matches and one for the Skills. The Qualifying matches will be elevated and skills might be. Awards will be given for this.

Each Table in the pits will have 1 outlet. Please bring powerstrips if you need them. All persons in the pit must wear safety glasses. Food will be available for purchase.
