Welcome

To the FVL VEX Experience! Teams of all ages will be competing in VRC Tipping Point and VEX IQ Pitching In, hoping to take home the trophy and earn a spot in the Wisconsin VEX State Championship.

Participant Consent Forms

All team members and coaches need to turn in a electronic Participant Consent Form.

Event Apparel for Sale

We will have special event apparel for sale at the tournament.

Parking and Event Map

All the events will take place on the lower level of the campus. Competitors and spectators may enter the building at entrance K. Go to Documents or the Image Gallery for an event map.

State Qualifying Spot Assignments for Wisconsin VEX Events

Details about qualifying spots at events is still being determined and will be posted in October.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If inclement weather forces a cancellation or rescheduling, the event page will be updated to give details.

Refund and Payment Policies

All registration fees must be paid two weeks prior to the event.

Any teams that cancel earlier than two weeks may request a refund minus a 20% fee.

Any teams that cancel later than two weeks prior to the event may not receive a refund.

Teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration. The registration fee will be non-refundable.
