Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Emergency or bad weather:

Event may be cancelled due to bad weather or an emergency. If this happens, the event partner will contact team representatives asap.

We have tentatively scheduled a make-up date of Feb 5th should we have to cancel on Jan 29th. Please check your schedule.

Refunds (minus the REC $) will be handled on an individual basis due only to emergency cancellation of the entire event.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event of a bad weather or emergency cancellation, refunds will be given on an individual basis.

Refunds will not be given for any other reason than bad weather or an emergency at the hosting site.

Health and Safety Policies

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
