This is the 4th annual VEX Robotics High School Signature Event. Usually we hold this event at Google. However, due to COVID related restrictions at Google we are hosting it at the India Community Center. We would love your participation!
We strive to conduct the event in a safe manner. Please ensure you have read the Health and Safety Policies, for your own safety and others at the event. We have also updated the travel section to provide information on discounted hotel rates. We will be updating this section periodically with additional information on things to do. We will be adding more hotels to this page soon. We have also made a lot of arrangements to have a fun and safe event for everyone.
Detailed Event Logistics on the day of the event including agenda.

We want to highlight some important updates about the COVID precautions. Due to the rise in Omnicron variants, we will be implementing the following precautions for all the upcoming events. These requirements are based on health guidelines highly recommended by the Santa Clara County where the event is taking place.
All participants and guests MUST be fully vaccinated for COVID (2 doses of Moderna, 2 doses of Pfizer, or 1 dose of J&J)
We also strongly recommend taking a booster shot (although we won't be enforcing it) prior to coming to the event.
Official proof of vaccination with your id must be shown to attend the event
Negative COVID test result will NOT be an acceptable option, although based on local conditions we may require this.
Masks must be worn at all times inside the facility
No food or drinks can be consumed inside the event facility
