General Info

Welcome to the All Saints VRC tournament.  This is a Virginia State qualifying event.  Tournament will be held November 13, 2021 at All Saints School (9294 Stonewall Road Manassas, Virginia 20110).  Parking is available at the school.   A map showing the location of All Saints and the parking lots is provided under the "Documents" tab on robotevents.com.  On-site concessions will be limited to drinks and pizza.  You may bring your own lunch or access a local restaurant   All matches will be live-streamed on YouTube-Live.  We are planning 7 qualification matches / team.   

Covid Requirements:                                                                                                                               

1. All participants must wear a mask.

2. No mask - No entry - No exceptions. 

3. Team participants (students + adults) are limited to 6 people (1 adult, up to 5 students).  No audience will be allowed aside from the people associated with the team.  Additional people may be able to attend if additional volunteers are needed to run the event - see "Volunteer" tab.  All tournament matches will be live-streamed on YouTube.

4. Social-distancing accommodations between teams in the pits and competition areas will be provided.

5. Handshakes, high-fives or any physical contact between attendees is discouraged.

6. Admission to the event will require a health screening by the parent or participant prior to attendance at the event: Temperature check, Symptom assessment (cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, muscle ache, sore throat, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of taste or small).  Answering yes to any symptoms will prohibit an individual from entering the competition area.

7.  Teams may bring their own lunches or access local area restaurants.  Eating at the facility will be allowed as long as people remain socially distant while eating and resume wearing their mask/shield once they finish eating. 

8. Physical notebooks must be turned into when you check-in at the registration table.

 

Be sure that consent forms for all attendees are uploaded.  The form can be found here: REC Foundation Participant Release Form (smartwaiver.com)

Payment:  All teams must pay online by Friday November 5 at noon or that team will be dropped.  Only on-line payments will be accepted.  If the tournament is cancelled, all registered participants will be notified by 6 AM on the morning of the event.  The refund will be $100.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event the tournament is cancelled, you will be issued a refund of $100.  The event coordinator will e-mail coaches by 6:00 AM on November 13, 2021 if the event will be cancelled.
