General Info

This 5th annual event is sponsored by Shasta Robots and Shasta College.  Parking at the event is free of charge.  Lunches can be purchased at local area restaurants within a mile of the school.  Subway and Burger King are located just down the street from the high school on Eureka Way.  

NOTE:  Due to COVID restrictions, as well as guidelines set for indoor sporting events in our district, all volunteers, teams and attendees of this event MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible).

Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in Robotevents and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund Policy

No refunds after 11/1/2021 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List.  You will need to pay in advance prior to the event by 11/3/2021 or your spot will be forfeited.  Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partner's discretion

Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable

Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
