Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Lakeway Chistian Schools Department of Education will require the event to be canceled due to inclement weather. Please watch for an update from the Event Partner if the event must be rescheduled or canceled due to weather.

Covid-19 creates many questions, concerns for Coaches and Event Partners. Please know we want students to be safe and healthy at all times. If the event must be canceled due to the number of Covid-19 cases for the area, we will work to reschedule the event as soon as possible.

Your understanding during these difficult times is greatly appreciated.

Refund Policy

No refunds will not be given for teams regardless for any reason once the event closes on

Additionally, if teams send funds to RECF, funds will not be processed until after the event closes on

If teams have not prepaid or provide a check on the day of the event teams will not be allowed to participate.

We are unsure of how Covid-19 will impact the tournament season. Our goal is to host all our events as long as the policy will allow. Even if it means the event is closed to spectators and limited to the number of adults permitted in the facility. Teams that are unable to attend due to Covid-19 will need to reach out to the event partner so they can move the team to the waitlist and open spots for other teams to compete. These changes need to be made prior to the event closing. NO refunds will be given for teams regardless of the reason once the event closes.

Additionally, if teams send funds to the RECF, refunds will not be processed until after the event closes on

Health and Safety Policies

Please contact the Event Partner in advance via email if you have any accomodations needed for your team members etc.

If changes are made within our district regarding face coverings, limited capacity, and/or social distacing measures, the Event Partner will email the coaches as soon as possible. Be mindful that changes are happening daily in our state. Be patient and understanding as we continue to navigate through the Covid-19 pandemic.
