Welcome to the 2022 Hawaii State VEX VRC Championships presented by Hawaiian Electric hosted by Saint Louis School
This is a live, in-person event.
This event will follow all local health and safety guidelines. In addition, Saint Louis School is requiring all attendees to present a vaccination card or a lab based negative test result taken within 48 hours prior to our event. There are no exceptions to this policy, there are no refunds for those who arrive and are turned away.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event has to be cancelled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed for the event. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds unless the tournament is cancelled because of weather. Refunds will be $100, less the $5 processing fee the RECFoundation charges for each registrant, and to cover expenses incured leading up to the event.
Health and Safety Policies
This event will follow all local health and safety guidelines. In addition, Saint Louis School is requiring all attendees to be fully vaccinated which means 14 days after a second dose of Moderna or Pfizer or first shot of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine (Less than 2 months ago). If you are not fully vaccinated, please schedule a test no more than 72 hours in advance for PCR or 24 hours in advance for a Lab Rapid test. There are no exceptions to this policy, there are no refunds for those who arrive and are turned away.
At this time, event participation will be limited to team members and their lead coach, spectators may view the event live through our live stream.

Judging Format
Team interviews and Physical notebook review will be conducted in-person at the Event. Engineering notebooks will be due at check in (Before 8:00 am).
