General Info

Thank you for your interest in our Madison County Schools VRC Tournament! The main tournament will take place Saturday along with awards Saturday afternoon. We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email jrichardson@madison-schools.com. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com or in person at the event.

If weather, a local emergency, or enhanced coronavirus restrictions cause us to cancel or modify the scheule for this event, all teams will be notified via email.

Refund Policy

Due to the financial commitment on the part of the event partner, no refunds will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Health and Safety Policies

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
