Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Agenda

The agenda will be updated as we get closer to the event. We plan on opening the doors sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. Currently, the plan is to have the first match begin no later than 10:00 AM and depending on how many teams we end up hosting, being done between 3:30 and 5:00 PM.

This block will be edited as we get closer to the tournament.

Volunteer

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Barry Atwell at [email protected].

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Unless there is a tornado that is ripping through Indianapolis, there will not be any changes for weather. If there is a tornado, we will likely move the tournament to 101 S Parker Street just south of the main building. If there is a tournado, that will be the safest building in Indianapolis.  We hope it does not come to that.

Refund and Payment Policies

Our policy is that we do not issue refunds. We may consider exceptions on a rare case by case basis.

Health and Safety Policies

We will follow all state and county mandated policies that are in effect at the time of the tournament.

Webcast

The tournament will be live streamed on YouTube. The URL will be provided closer to the date of the tournament.
