General Info
Parking is located in the front of the school just off of Raymond, additional parking will be available in the rear of the building.
This event is for coaches and teams only, no spectators. We will be requiring masks to be worn while in the building and will be practicing social distancing whenever possible.
Early Bird Registration will be used this year.
Note: The first two events selected will count toward Early Bird and cannot be changed once used.
State spots will most likely be added to this event toward the end of October, first of November.
Volunteers for this event will be both in-person and virtual.
Skills matches will run in at the same time as tournaments, this will be a team's responsibility to sign up for time slots if interested in skills.
We will hold the Alliances from 4-500 with awards to immediately follow, the event concludes after the awards ceremony.

Volunteer
We will have volunteers from Verizon helping with Judging and check-ins, they will be virtual. We will also have in-person volunteers both from our school and from area Robotics programs. We will have 10 judges working at all times and 5 referees.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Dr.Jackson ( Principal at Positive Supports Academy) will have the final say in the event of bad weather. We reserve the right to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the event. All but $5 dollars of your entry fee will be refunded to you.
Refund and Payment Policies
In the event of an event cancellation, all but $5.00 dollars of your entry fee will be refunded to you.
Health and Safety Policies
With Covid still being a present threat, we also reserve the right to cancel if there is another Covid surge and new restrictions for Marion county. Again Dr.Jackson will have the final say and we will notify teams no later than 48 hours prior to the event. In this case, all but $5 dollars will be refunded to you.
