Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If weather, a local emergency, or enhanced coronavirus restrictions cause us to cancel or modify the schedule for this event, all teams will be notified via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the costs of preparing and running the event, our standard refund policy is that we do not issue refunds. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if the team is replaced by another paying team. Any refunds that may be made will be minus $25 due to a $5 non-refundable fee to the REC Foundation and the preparation costs of the tournament.
In the case of cancellation due to COVID or a team cannot attend due to COVID, a refund $65 will be returned to the address listed on file in RobotEvents. We cannot offer a full refund due to the costs incurred in the setup of the event.
Please be sure you understand this policy before registering.
Health and Safety Policies
Event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices.
