Welcome to our sixth annual Elkhorn High School VRC Tournament.
Due to the difficulty in scheduling an event at EHS, we will be hosting our event at Elkhorn Grandview Middle School.
Please visit the documents tab and have the appropriate release forms uploaded or with you when you arrive.
A full concessions stand will be available throughout the day and we strive to make it worthwhile.
7:15 a.m. - Pits Open
7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - Team Registration & Inspection
9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Drivers and Coaches Meeting/Opening Ceremony
10:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Qualifying Rounds
12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. - Lunch
12:45 p.m. - 3:10 p.m. - Qualifying Rounds
3:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Alliance Selection
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Elimination Rounds/Awards
8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - Skills Challenge (1 skills field + 3 comp. fields)
10:15 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. - Skills Challenge (1 skills field)
If we are ahead of schedule, skills will be closed when match 70 has completed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 4:00pm the day before the event, if not earlier. I will also update the "EVENT NAME" to read "CANCELED" at the top.
Refunds requests will be handled on a case by case basis. All refund requests must be made 2 weeks prior to the event.
