This is a mixed MS/HS VEX EDR Tournament, and we're excited to be able to compete in person.

Please contact us if you have any concerns with registering now as we're trying to be as accomodating as possible. Come on teams, let's do this!

Closer teams please plan on arriving on the earlier end of the time frame as we pushed back the start due to teams traveling a greater distance-trying to avoid a back log.

Tournament Schedule (In Person Format)
8:00 am - Doors Open, Registration Open

8:30 am - 10:00 am - Inspections

All Teams Need to BE CHECKED IN BY 9:45 AM or call the Event Partner
9:00 am - Skills Field Opens

10:15 am Setup for first matches. Robots in matches Q1 and Q2 placed on the field before the start of opening ceremony.

10:15 am - Drivers Meeting and Opening Ceremonies

10:30 am to 5:00 pm - Qualification Rounds (LUNCH Break 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm)

5:00 pm - Skills Field Closes

5:00 pm - Qualification matches end
5:00 pm to 5:15 pm - Alliance Selection
5:15 pm - Elimination Rounds Start
6:00 pm - Award announcements - Closing

Travel Info

Take Hwy. 56 into Adams, turn north on Cty. 7 (by gas station) and turn right on Carr Blvd. Unload at Door 7 (updated, same door as last year, different number)...please wait until unloading area is clear before departing from bus. There will be bus parking in the church parking lot and along Carr Blvd and someone will be directing traffic.
