General Info

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

 

This is a middle school only event that qualifies teams for VEX Worlds.   

Please note that this event is meeting at the same location and time as the High School Event.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:00 - 9:00 a.m.  Registration, Inspection, Practice 

9:00- 9:15 a.m.  Welcome and drivers meeting

9:30 - 12:00 p.m. Qualification matches

9:30 Skill Field Opens

12:00 - 12:45 p.m. Lunch -- (Skills Field Closed Across Lunch)

12:45 – 1:30 p.m. Qualification matches

1:30 -- Skill Field Closes

1:30 - 2:00 Alliance Selection

2:00 – 2:30 p.m. Finals

2:45 – 3:15 p.m. Awards

A limited concession stand will be available from 8:00AM - 2:00PM.  Cash and credit cards are accepted.

We can only run this event with volunteer support, and expect each registered team to provide at least one volunteer for the day.
